Keep in mind, only those items marked "Add to Cart" are available for online ordering.
If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", feel free to contact us, and we will let you know when the item will become available.
There is a possibility that the item you ordered is NOT identified as "Out of Stock", but may become so, shortly after ordering. Please understand that our stock can fluctuate daily. We will do our best to notify you if there is any problem in shipping your order request.

Limited One Year Warranty |
| |
Techko Maid warrants this product for a period of one year from the date of purchase, against original defects in materials or workmanship. Techko Maid will replace (Techko Maid’s option) with the same or equivalent product free of charge other than postage. This warranty does not cover damage cause by accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions contained in your owner’s manual. Here are examples of warranty voids.
- Using the product in any way other than specified in the owner’s manual will void the warranty
- Opening or tampering with the product’s housing will void the warranty
- Modifying the product or housing will void the warranty.
- Failure to operate the product in accordance with the owner’s manual will void the warranty.

Warranty Return Instructions |
- PLEASE CALL TECHKO MAID’S CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE PRIOR TO RETURNING/EXCHANGING A PRODUCT TO THE STORE OR SEEKING WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FROM TECHKO.
- When returning the product to Techko Maid for replacement, please follow the instructions below:
- Pack the product in the original carton or equivalent
- Enclose a copy of the original, dated proof of purchase
- Enclose a note explaining the difficulty you are experiencing with the product. Please be sure to enclose your full name, address, and telephone number.
- Enclose a check or money order (no cash) payable to Techko Maid Inc. in the amount of $ 10.00 for the shipping and handling.
- Mail the above to:

Return / Exchange Policy and Procedures |
- If it has been purchased directly through Techko Maid Inc., we can offer an exchange of product only. Sorry, No Refunds. Exchange only. If from a Retailer or Online Store and within 30 days, you must return it to where you purchased it from. Keep in mind, they may have different return policies. If after 30 days, contact Techko Maid for your options.

- Enclose any and all items/components that came with your original purchase. Your claim may be denied if there are missing items.
- Enclose a note explaining the reason for return. Please be sure to enclose your full name, address, and telephone number.
- Once product is received, it will be reviewed for cause of return. Customer will be contacted regarding course of action. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for replacement.
- If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Techko Maid, or is damaged in shipping, Techko Maid will either make arrangements for return or reimburse sender for regular ground shipping costs. Proof of charges must be provided.
- If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to Techko Maid. Techko reserves the right to deny any return.
- For your protection, please send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as UPS, (please retain your tracking receipt for reference). Techko Maid is not responsible for lost shipments. Those shipping charges are non-refundable.
